Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 apple, cored & chopped
  • 1 pear, cored & chopped
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 lemon, juice of 1/2-whole lemon

Instructions
 

  • Chop up romaine lettuce, apple, banana, and pear.
  • Add water and romaine to blender and mix.
  • Add celery, spinach, apple, pear, banana, and lemon juice.
  • Drink up and any excess can be stored in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
