Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 apple, cored & chopped
  • 1 pear, cored & chopped
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 lemon, juice of 1/2-whole lemon

Method
 

  1. Chop up romaine lettuce, apple, banana, and pear.
  2. Add water and romaine to blender and mix.
  3. Add celery, spinach, apple, pear, banana, and lemon juice.
  4. Drink up and any excess can be stored in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
